Finally, we avoid "under construction" pages. They are unprofessional and a waste of time. We will add a new section of a web site only when it is complete.

In our experience, HTML editors generate extraneous code which slows down web pages and are not W3C compliant. Therefore, we write all of our code by hand. This makes us extremely familiar with the inner workings of the web site. Our code is small, fast, efficient, and reliable.
